Lamfen Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Lamfen’s niche products (including creative stationery, home fragrances, and everyday items). To help you clearly understand the order shipping and delivery process, we have established this policy, which covers shipping timelines, shipping fees, and delivery methods.   1. After placing your order, if the products are in stock, we typically ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and local holidays in the U.S.).
  2. The actual delivery time is 5-7 business days, but this may be affected by fluctuations in demand, production schedules, holidays, weather conditions, and other unforeseen factors. The delivery time should be considered based on actual shipping conditions.
  3. You can contact customer service to edit or change your order details within 12 hours after the order is placed. After 12 hours, changes cannot be made. We appreciate your understanding.

We offer free shipping for all orders within the 48 contiguous states of the U.S. The following regions are not eligible for free shipping and will require an additional shipping fee:

  1. We partner with UPS, FedEx, and USPS to fulfill orders to the 48 U.S. states. All orders within this region enjoy free shipping services provided by these carriers.
  2. Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address (including street, city, state, zip code, etc.) when placing your order. If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, and a second delivery attempt is required, the cost of the second delivery will be borne by you.
  3. After your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email (to the email address you provided during checkout). You can use this tracking number to check the real-time status of your package and estimated delivery time on the respective carrier’s website.

4. Delivery Notes

  1. Packages will be delivered using the "No Signature Required" method by default. The delivery driver will leave the package at your designated address (such as at the door, next to the mailbox, etc.).
  2. If you wish to add "Signature Confirmation" service (available only for FedEx deliveries), please contact our customer service team within 24 hours after placing your order to make the request. Customer service contact details:
