Lamfen Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing Lamfen’s niche products (including creative stationery, home fragrances, and everyday items). In order to protect your rights and standardize the return and exchange process, we have established this policy. Please read it carefully before placing your order. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Basic Cancellation & Return Requirements
If you need to cancel your order or request a return, you must obtain written approval from Lamfen in advance. You can send an application email to the official email address service@mail.lamfen.com, or call our customer service hotline at 19272533690 (Customer service hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM UTC+8:00) for assistance.
Cancellation requests that are not approved in writing will be rejected, and the order will continue to be processed as usual. Products returned without approval will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
2. Product Defects & Inspection Period
Please carefully inspect the product within 14 days of receiving the package. If you find minor defects, stains, or other issues with the product, please inform us immediately through the contact details provided above and provide relevant proof. We will offer you a solution.
Requests for defect or stain issues made after the 14-day inspection period will be considered as damage caused during use, and we will no longer assume responsibility.
3. Cancellation Rules & Fees Based on Different Scenarios
- (a) Cancellation before Shipping Label Creation: For orders that have been placed but have not yet generated a shipping label, the cancellation request will result in a full refund without any fees.
- (b) Cancellation before Shipment (Shipping Label Created): If the shipping label has been created but the package has not been dispatched, cancellation requests will incur a 10% fee based on the original product price, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- (c) Cancellation after Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be held up in transit. You can choose to refuse the package upon delivery, or sign for it and then contact us to obtain a return shipping label. After the package is returned and checked, we will process the refund and charge a 20% restocking fee based on the original product price.
- (d) Cancellation after Delivery (Unopened Package): If the package is delivered within 14 days and the package is unopened, you must contact us and provide photographic and video proof showing that the package has not been opened. Once approved, you need to contact the original delivery company to return the complete package at your own expense. After the return is inspected and verified, a 20% restocking fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- (e) Cancellation After Use (Non-Quality Reasons): If you wish to cancel an order within 30 days after delivery for non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind, size issues, dislike of the product, acceptance of slight shipping damage compensation, etc.), you must contact us and provide photographic and video evidence of the product packaging being intact. Upon obtaining return authorization, you are responsible for returning the complete product to the original delivery company, and you will bear the return shipping cost. After the return is inspected, a 25% restocking fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
4. Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned (unless under extreme special circumstances, in which case please contact us for individual approval):
- Customized products;
- Second-hand products or products with obvious signs of use;
- Discounted or promotional products.
5. Refund Conditions & Exceptions
In general, refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the returned package has been inspected and confirmed. If there are delays due to bank transfers, verification issues, etc., you can contact customer service and provide relevant evidence. We will verify the situation and explain accordingly.
6. Return Instructions
- If you wish to process a return, do not refuse the FedEx/UPS package directly. Please sign for the package first, and then request a return shipping label through the official email or phone.

- You may edit or change your order within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, no changes can be made to the order.
- Orders with available stock will generally be shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and the expected delivery time is 5-7 business days. We suggest that you plan your return request accordingly.
