Lamfen Product Warranty Policy
Thank you for choosing Lamfen's niche products (including creative stationery, home fragrances, and everyday items). To protect your legal rights, we offer a one-year warranty on all sold products and provide professional after-sales services within the warranty scope. Please carefully read this policy to understand your warranty rights and responsibilities.
1. Warranty Scope and Duration
- Warranty Duration: The warranty period is 12 months (1 year) from the date you sign for the product.
- Warranty Coverage: Within the warranty period, if the product exhibits quality issues caused by non-human factors (including but not limited to material defects, manufacturing flaws, functional failures, etc.), we will offer free repairs, replacements with the same model, or other reasonable solutions based on the actual situation.
- Exclusions from Warranty: The following situations are not covered by the warranty, and if repairs are required, you will be responsible for the repair cost and shipping fees: Damage caused by human factors (e.g., impact, dropping, squeezing, scratches, unauthorized disassembly, modification of the product, etc.); Damage caused by improper use or poor maintenance (e.g., exposure to corrosive substances, placing in extreme environments, overload usage, etc.); Normal wear and tear during product usage (e.g., ink marks left after stationery use, natural evaporation of fragrance products, normal aging of small items, etc.); Products beyond the warranty period; Products without valid purchase proof (e.g., order screenshot, invoice, etc.); Product damage caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters such as earthquakes, fires, floods, typhoons, etc.).
2. Warranty Claim Process
- Claim Timeliness: If you discover a product quality issue, please contact customer service to apply for warranty service within the warranty period. Claims made after the warranty period will be considered as forfeiting warranty rights.

- Required Documentation: When applying for warranty service, please provide the following documents to help us verify the information: Clear photos or videos of the product quality issue (showing the affected area and situation); Valid purchase proof (e.g., order number, order screenshot, invoice, etc.); Photos of the product packaging and accessories (if applicable) to confirm the product model and completeness.
- Review and Processing: Customer service will complete the information review within 1-2 business days after receiving the claim. Upon approval, we will inform you of the after-sales solution (repair, replacement, etc.) and the next steps via email or phone. If the claim is not approved, we will explain the reason.
- Returning the Product: If the product needs to be returned for inspection/repair, the shipping fee for the return will be initially borne by you (within the warranty scope, after repair/replacement, we will cover the cost of sending the product back to you). Please ensure that the product is properly packaged to avoid secondary damage during transport, and include your order number and contact information in the package.
3. Additional Notes
- The warranty service is only available to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- If the product cannot be repaired during the warranty period, we will replace it with the same model and specifications. If the same model is discontinued, we will provide a product of equal value or process a refund (the refund amount will be based on the actual amount you paid for the product).
- You can edit/change your order details within 12 hours after placing the order. After 12 hours, no changes can be made. If a warranty claim is affected due to incorrect order details, you will be responsible for the consequences.
- This warranty policy is an important part of Lamfen’s after-sales service. In case of any conflict with relevant national laws and regulations, the laws and regulations of the country will prevail. Any matters not specified in this policy will be resolved through mutual negotiation.
