Lamfen Terms of Service
Welcome to the Lamfen platform (hereinafter referred to as "we"), where you can purchase niche department store products (including creative stationery, home fragrances, and lifestyle items). These Terms of Service aim to clarify the rights and obligations between you and Lamfen. By registering, placing an order, shopping, or using any related services on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to accept the full content of these terms. If you disagree with these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Order-Related Rules
- Order Creation and Confirmation: After you submit an order and complete the payment, a transaction relationship is established between you and us. The order information recorded in the platform system is considered final. Please carefully verify the product information, shipping address, contact details, etc., when placing your order to ensure accuracy.
- Order Modification and Cancellation: Orders can be modified (e.g., adding/removing products, changing the shipping address) or canceled within 12 hours after placing the order. You can directly contact customer service for assistance. Orders that have been processed for more than 12 hours cannot be modified or canceled.
- Shipping and Delivery: For in-stock orders, we will process shipments within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and local holidays in the United States). The actual delivery time is 5-7 business days, and the specific delivery time may be affected by logistics, shipping address, weather, etc. After the order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your provided email for you to track the delivery status.
